WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. Because of the handmade nature of linocuts and blockprinting, the print you receive will likely look a little different from the photos on the website. These variations in color and size are to be expected and do not constitute grounds for a refund. If you would like to cancel an order before it ships, please send an email to [email protected] with your order information. No refunds will be issued for any product once it has shipped. Thank you for understanding and supporting small businesses.
I THINK MY ORDER WAS LOST IN TRANSIT, DO YOU KNOW WHERE IT IS?
If you selected "First Class Mail" you should have received a tracking number when I shipped your order, but if you lost the email/never received one, please reach out with your order information and I can send it to you again/help you track down where your order might be. If you selected a non-tracked option ("Stamped"), I unfortunately have no way to know where your order is after it leaves my hands. Ultimately, I am not responsible for mail lost in transit and you should reach out to your local post office for additional assistance.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
By default, only domestic shipping is available as an option in the store. However, if you would like something shipped outside of the US, please reach out to [email protected] and I can quote you the appropriate shipping price!
WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR STICKERS PRINTED?
All of the stickers I sell currently are printed by Saturn Stickers! They're great.
